Basketweave Parquet Flooring
This style of parquet flooring product is at the high end of parquetry and the main reason for this is the amount of cuts and the more cuts you have in any parquet flooring the more expensive it will be, so the likes of the basketweave parquet flooring and the mosaic parquet flooring designs will cost more. The basketweave parquet flooring layouts are more labour intensive as they have many different angles and cuts so when matched together they create a geometric pattern.
The main installation method with this type of parquet floor is that the sub-floors must be very level and smooth and the reason for this is that when you are dealing with such small pieces, every section must be bonded correctly to create the overall look.
